I used even more of the research that I’d done between babies and worked on establishing healthy sleep habits right from the beginning. Of course, things weren’t and aren’t always perfect, and we can’t expect them to be, but getting better sleep with baby 2 made the transition to having another child so much easier.
I know that so many parents struggle with their child’s sleep. It’s often discussed everywhere parents are near each other: the playground, play-dates, daycares, etc. I always felt the urge to tell other parents that “It doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t have to feel exhausted all the time.”
I began helping friends along the way and it was so rewarding to be part of their journey towards healthy sleep for the whole family. I then turned to the well-renowned Family Sleep Institute to become a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant. And now, I feel so lucky to help families become well-rested again and to be able to say - “I love what I do!”
