“My boys have generally been good sleepers, but my 11 month old started waking at 5:30 which was just not sustainable! So I had a 30 minute phone consultation with Autumn and she gave us some strategies to shift his schedule a bit to promote a more reasonable wake time. And 2 weeks later, I was able to have a cup of coffee before he even woke up!!
